Sculpture # 38: “Carousel”
This sculpture in a sphere was completed for Dr. Jeffery Rubenstein who
cared for me after my cancer surgery and retained my ability to eat and
speak. There are three panels looking like a carousel from the top (first
photo or the bottom the second photo) but for me I was depicting his life
before dentistry, during his dental prosthetic practice and his retirement.
Sphere: 8” in diameter, 25 inches in circumference, 15.2 pounds.
