Sculpture #35: Plenium Builders, “PB”, January 2021

Toby Basta, my son, is the president of Plenium Builders in Reno, NV. Because the company is new and builds many types of buildings I thought I could change this sculpture
to honor that new company. There are two new interposing blocks one with the company logo and then other was needed to stabilize the logo block. Then the original logo block was fixed in position with threaded steel dowels, but were aligned on the same axis and the block rotated when placed in the viewing position necessitating the second block to stabilize the logo block. The painting is the same color scheme of the logo and the addition of the linens on the original block were my insertion. Oamaru stone, acrylic paint and threaded 1/4” threaded steel dowels.
