The three important elements for me in Black Lives Matter are Racial, Social and Economic. They cannot be separated and until there is very significant recognition of and improvement in all three we will continue to marginalize people of color. The sculpture of five triangles represents the three elements in sharp contrast with black and white and variable positions of those two colors. However, we are stronger when we are all one.
